Returns
Mama’s Masalas accepts refunds on returned, unused items in original packaging in the condition received. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date (latest between date of postmark or date of receipt is used to determine final return time). Because of the nature of our organic, preservative-free products, once 30 days have passed, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Additionally, gift cards are not eligible for return.
Shipping
To return your product, send your invoice via return email with a note letting us know what item(s) are being returned. It is helpful if you can provide a tracking number. Tracking and insurance is highly recommended for purchases over $75 as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, a refund of the purchase price will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of approval, we recommend you first check your bank account. If the refund is not posted, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will be responsible for your return.
